New Employee Paperwork Submission - Norman Campus

Effective April 1, 2021

Welcome to the University of Oklahoma!

Paperwork Submission will be submitted at the Nuclear Engineering Lab (NEL), 905 Asp Ave., Room 112:

  • When you arrive at the building, please go to Room 112 and let them know you are submitting new hire paperwork.
  • COVID-19 campus rules apply (masking, social distancing, only the employee is allowed for the appointment, unless a translator is needed).
  • Come prepared! Bring new hire packet, printed and completed as much as possible. 
  • Bring I-9s, ID, and any other documentation.

Walk-ins: 8 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday-Friday

Appointment Times: 9 a.m.- 12 p.m. and 1 p.m.- 4 p.m., Monday-Friday

  • Bring your completed new employee paperwork.
  • Be sure to bring your documents with you. Use the List of Acceptable Documents to verify you bring the correct documents with you. We cannot complete your paperwork unless you have all your documents with you.
